Introduction
Here is a summary of the tools against demons that Anthony William revealed to us in his recently released audiobook ANGELS, DEMONS & SPIRITUAL TOOLS.
My reason for writing a blog post about this: I listened to the audiobook once, twice⊠individual passages again and again⊠and each time I heard more and felt a strong need to process it in writing, to capture it. Writing is one of my ways of processing. Of learning. Not to mention that I’m convinced the world desperately needs more people to learn about these tools and, maybe, even try them out and put them into practice.
The first publication of the transcript of AW’s words was by Melanie Belling. It’s highly recommend, but I wanted to describe, understand, and summarize it in my own words, and so this version came about. It’s not the translated text of the audiobook’s tools (this article was originally written in German, this is a translated version), not a transcription, but a summary and, above all, I paraphrased. Here and there, I’ve included my own remarks and observations. I hope my often flippant tone doesn’t distract from the fact that the tools are powerful. They are potent, and I want to preface this by saying that the demons will “make themselves known” if you start disturbing or eliminating them. You should be prepared for that. So, let’s go!
I'd also like to preface this by saying that I highly recommend listening to the (English) audiobook before trying the tools.
It will probably be released in German at some unspecified time. Furthermore, I would strongly encourage you to learn how to ground, cleanse, and protect yourself before you begin demon hunting, so that you are protected from the SLOFWs.
I also consider it extremely important to learn how to protect yourself. I recommend developing a routine for grounding, cleansing, and protecting yourself; I've written a guide for this (right now only in German).
Addendum: While not a Steiner disciple, but a former (very short-term) member of the Anthroposophical Society (I left for various reasons), I suggest that anyone interested in philosophy and seeking truth read Rudolf Steiner’s “The Philosophy of Freedom”, especially regarding free will.
Free will and my search for itâquestions about its existence, and if so, how and whyâwas the reason I enrolled at the Anthroposophical Study Seminar (aka Teichmann Seminar) when I was around 21. There, I had the unique opportunity to study “The Philosophy of Freedom” for a full year. With all the background information, side issues, whether philosophical, artistic, eurythmic, biological (to name a few), available to ‘grasp’ it.
I am incredibly grateful for the time I spent with Frank Teichmann at the seminar. It shaped and enriched me and significantly influenced my path. Sadly, Frank Teichmann has been gone for a long time. He was a boundary-crosser, a visionary thinker, open to new ideas, never arrogant, always intelligent, with a twinkle in his eye, and an incredible connoisseur of the complete works (Steiner), which he could quote from memory, page number, year of publication, and of course, line number. He was also a very good classical cellist and, naturally, an Egyptologist. He was our intellectual father and, for quite some time, my personal father figure (even if he probably didn’t realize it). I was privileged to learn so much from him. My dedication to dialectical thinking and logic is inextricably linked to this period of study at the Teichmann Seminar in Stuttgart.
About the book: The book is complex, not very philosophically dogmatic, and free because it doesn’t commit to fixed definitions of terms (as Steiner never did anyway, but which is state of the art in the science of philosophy). It’s difficult to read (some say it can only be understood in community and through discussion), but I still find it worth reading today. Especially for anyone drawn to esotericism, New Age, or spirituality. This also applies to people in the AW community. It provides foundational ideas, examines dialectical thinking, and explores Hegel and Kant. Logic, structure, and dialectics are essential when we engage with the spiritual world. Hence my recommendation of this book in the context of free will.
Free will is the foundation.
Free will is paramount at AW Infos, the foundation of everything, and so I thought this reading recommendation couldn’t hurt. Even though I’ve abandoned many things and haven’t been a member for a long time, Steiner’s logical approach in this bookâfor me, it’s not only the most important book he ever wrote, but also the foundation of Anthroposophy. And it’s helpful for anyone who doesn’t want to read Hegel on his own. I’ve written a detailed article on the broad topic of angels; you can find a bit more about my Anthroposophical background there. (if its translated…)
About Demons
Demons, derms, negative energiesâsounds like something out of a horror movie, right? But we’re actually talking about genuinely demonic energies that sabotage us, deceive us, and bring stress into our lives. And the better you understand this phenomenon, the better you can protect yourself from it. So it’s not about driving yourself crazy, but about understanding what’s going on.
Know your enemy
And no, you’re not summoning the devil just because you think about demons. Or talk about them. It’s not about Voldemort; you won’t be cursed just for saying “demon.” Quite the opposite: these things actually want you to ignore them. To think they don’t exist. Because our ignorance is their favorite playground.

Side note: Demons consider sĂ©ance boards (like the one pictured) an insult because they don’t need such things to play their tricks on us. Demons (and fallen angels) want us to disbelieve in them, so they have more power over us. An Oija board (another word for a sĂ©ance board) is not inherently problematic; the dark forces use it to keep us in a state of fear, also to prevent us from thinking further by only talking about darkness, evil, and evil spirits without considering them real, from realizing that we have the power, and above all, the right, to defend ourselves! All without such a toy.
It is important that we acknowledge that evil exists, so that we are prepared and know when it wants to deceive us.
Let’s do this!
The 16 Spiritual Light Tools (by Anthony William) are like your personal energetic magic kit. They help you protect yourself and dispel negative energies. 16 tools against evil. 1 + 6 = 7 â> a magical, divine number with which we can work against darkness and for light. The sevens in our lives:
- 7 days of the week
- 7 openings of the head: nose, ears, mouth, eyes
- 7 colors of the rainbow⊠and much more.

So: use these 16 empowerment tools. Call upon the angels, set boundaries, recognize the attacks. You have more power than you think!
A few clarifications of terms beforehand
“Demons” might sound medieval to some, but Anthony explains that “derm” was the ancient term for demons. It served as a general term for all things evil: strange illnesses, creepy apparitions. The dermis is the skin, and many diseases manifested through the skin (as they still do today). If “demon” is too strong for you, simply call them “negative energy,” “dark force,” or even “supernatural pests.” The important thing is that you know what you’re talking about: derms, or demons. And: demons are not the same as ghosts.

The 16 Spiritual Lights of Free Will

1. RECOGNIZE that demons exist!
Don’t kid yourself, they’re there. And the more you allow them to be, the less they can deceive you. Sure, we (mostly) don’t see them, but they like to reveal themselves through complete chaos, drama, and other strange, negative vibes. But it’s not always obvious⊠There’s power in knowing that demons exist. Because they don’t want us to know, to suspect their existence, or even to be able to “observe” them. Our knowledge already weakens them!
And: negative energy and Derms are synonymous, says AW. When people say they want to “clear the air” or “take some space,” they’re often simply reacting to thick, negative energy without realizing it. Recognizing this allows you to defuse conflicts more quickly. Sometimes a simple sentence like, “There’s a lot of negative energy hanging in the air right now, let’s start fresh,” is enough.
Important: don’t blame, but defuse the situation. This works best in calm moments.

2. Use the DEMON ENERGY BREAKER!
If you sense that something is really weird, say this saying out loud, or think it:
âI’m on to you! I know what’s going on here! Checkmate!
Anthony William
Demons are behind quite a lot.
Did you know that not only individuals, but also organizations, companies, or even governments can be influenced by “Derms”? Derms can also lurk behind systems, or they can hide in bureaucratic mazes and insurmountable obstacles, etc.
But don’t worry: You’re not at their mercy. You can use the spiritual light of free will in many situations. For example, whenâŠ
- You do something you’re ashamed of afterward and then realize: That wasn’t really “you.” Maybe a demon was involved.
- You want to start your own company, but you’re already struggling with form XY-17a.
- Someone tries to pick a fight with you and you suddenly realize: Wait a minute⊠what’s going on here? This can happen online too.
- Your child is being bullied at school and you suddenly have to confront the principal.
- You’re almost pushed onto the tracks on the subway because it’s so crowded.
- Someone at the fair tries to persuade you to ride a wild ride that reminds you of “Final Destination.”
- A stranger knocks on your door and you consider opening it, but your gut says: NO!
- Your car keys have vanished without a trace.
- You have to work with a difficult person at work.
Tip: Observe what happens when you consciously use this light (the saying). Does it get brighter around you? Does anything feel lighter? Then you know: Success! You’ll know it worked, for example, if small things change.

3. PAUSE to reflect.
It sounds simple, but it’s incredibly powerful: If you feel like something’s not right, pause for a moment! Take some time to listen to your inner voice. This pause is a declaration of war against your demons.
You don’t have to completely slow down your life or put everything on hold. But consciously taking breaks to think helps you cut through the inner noise. Paying attention to the little things, both good and bad, makes your mind clearer. And clearer means less of a target for negative influences.

4. WHISTLE
Yes, you read that right: Whistling can “throw demons off their stride.”
If you sense something supernatural or simply strangely inexplicable in the air, just whistle! A short, sharp, or dry whistle is enough. In my experience, a high-pitched whistle also works, but quieter whistles will do.
Why does it work? Quite simply: Demons were once humans. And humans do flinch when someone whistles behind them. This frequency cuts through the “demonic soundscape” on which such beings move. Think of it as a kind of invisible sound they use to move aroundâsimilar to a dog whistle. And your whistle? It massively disrupts their frequency.
Fun fact: Cell towers, Wi-Fi, etc., tend to help demons move around, but don’t worry, you don’t have to live in the woods without reception. A hearty whistle several times a day often acts like a reset button.
Musicians often make music that, even if it’s dark, can contain words that, because they offer hope, are an antidote to demons. These words can be inspiring. Demons dislike both hope and inspiration.
Demons prefer solitude, and to protect their territories (from other demons), they emit sound frequencies.
My immediate question as a singer, vocal coach, and musician is, of course: what does music do to demons? I’ve found that when music is made with good, positive intentions, it creates precisely this kind of energy in the room. I’m eager to see what AW might have to say about this in the future. From the “Healing Path,” we know that singing promotes high vibrations and positive vibes in people, and science tells us how healing singing is, whether alone or in a choir.

5. The DERMS OF THE FAMILY TREE & pattern recognition
Some demons don’t come from outside; they’re essentially inherited. So yes, you can have a “family demon” that keeps triggering the same patterns and dramas in your lineage.
They especially like to interfere when you’re facing big decisions. Therefore: Clear the playing field! Observe recurring patterns, recognize them. And then speak your mind:
I’ve got your number!
Anthony William
I know where you come from!
You can’t get in my way!
I’m going to make you powerless!
When you notice which old patterns keep recurring in your family and try to avoid them in yourself, that’s your personal light of free will.
The most important thing is to recognize what comes from your lineage and decide to break this cycle. When you do, you might feel respect returning, and the demon will find another target next time. Stick with it, practice, repeat.
Tip:
I wrote the sayings on cards so I can easily read them without worrying about forgetting them in an emergency or stressful situation. You can carry them around as a picture on your phone. Or make a necklace or bracelet with alphabet beads. Help yourself, make it easy on yourself. And always remember:
“Practice makes perfect“
proverb

6. Meditate yourself to healing â bring your soul back into shape â the SPHERE MEDITATION
Life can be tough sometimes. And when we fight our way through it, our soul can get a little thrown off balance. Ideally, the soul should be smooth and supple, like a sphere. But drama and trauma can really batter and dent it.
When the brain is completely overwhelmed and thoughts are racing, the soul no longer has a place to rest. And because it has to adapt, like a chameleon, it can temporarily lose its smooth shape. In the worst-case scenario, it can even develop sharp corners. In English, people talk about “dark corners of the mind,” and even though it means something else (colloquially), it’s likely that this is what’s meant.
If such a corner becomes too sharp before the soul corrects itself, a small crack can form, creating an opening for demons. They’re always on the lookout for just such things.
And even if your soul isn’t completely broken (yet), the demons are already lining up. Wounded souls have a special attraction for demons.
But: it’s about growth! A soul that has suffered so much and fought its way through can grow as a result. These souls, wiser and brighter than others, are also a great attraction for demons and will be challenged!
Here’s the meditation: Imagine your soul as a sphere full of light. It can shine as brightly as you want; gentle yet powerful is perfectly sufficient. And it doesn’t have to be perfectly round; a slightly unusual shape is totally okay.
Now look for where things are bumpy or distorted within you. Feel the rough edges or restless areas and fill them with light and healing. Imagine how your soul slowly returns to its natural shape and feels round and harmonious again.

What’s the deal with the devil and angel on the shoulder?
Good and bad external influences?
We’re all familiar with the image of an angel on one shoulder and the devil on the other. But it’s actually about a demon on the left side of the head and an angel on the right side of the head, the brain. BECAUSE the head, the brain, is the seat of the soul. In times of both distress and peace, demonic or heavenly (good) forces can try to influence our brain hemispheres. The demons want our downfall, the angels want to protect us.
This is where the idea of ââan angel sitting on the right and a devil on the left comes from. This doesn’t mean that one side of the brain is good and the other evil. But when a demon is around a person, it will usually hover around the left hemisphere because it will try to penetrate the left hemisphere to influence the person. It will challenge the presence of angels, the person’s good intentions, and their free will, while the person themselves, or an angel, protects the right hemisphere from the demon.
The right side is for angels because it has always been that way, and God placed the angels on humanity’s right side from the very beginning to protect them. Evil came later and therefore had to go on the left side. The presence of the angel choreographs the soul from the right side.
My thoughts in this context regarding systemic constellations
For me, as someone who facilitates systemic constellations, all this information must always be seen in this light. In constellation work, we place the (systemically) stronger person on the right. I don’t generally place the male person on the right (as many facilitators, especially those strictly following Bert Hellinger’s approach, seem to do). Someone who occupies the systemically stronger position (for whatever reason) is a kind of leader within the system and thus, in a way, has been there “from the beginning.” At the very least, this person determines what happens. This is also how I see the position of the angels on the right. While we have the free choice, the free will, to choose where we want to go, the original orientation was good, bright, and radiant. This allows us to easily “come home” when we turn towards the light. Just as in constellations we seek the “healthy” reorganization of a system.

7. Safer space for your SOUL with a LIGHT BEAM
Whether you believe your soul is already wounded or not, this exercise is based on visualization. You turn your attention inward and consciously perceive your soul. Then imagine a beam of light and a protective shield of light surrounding your soul. The light flows into it, becoming brighter and stronger. With this protection, you strengthen your soul and give it stability.

8. PROTECTIVE SHIELD Method & Psychic Attacks
There are psychic attacks that are directly from demons.
They can get you if you’re not really using your free will anymore, if you let others drag you down, or if you’re just going through a phase where you say yes to everything even though you mean no. Demonic peer pressure, deluxe.
And the insidious thing is: you can actually be perfectly fine, but then people come along with their own demons and pass their chaos directly on to you. You know that feeling when someone sends you a nasty message that completely messes you up? It could be from a demon stirring things up in the background.
And do you know what the nastiest demon actions are? The ones where you don’t even realize it’s demons.
We blame the people who hurt us, but behind it all, there could be demons pulling the strings. And they’re laughing up their sleeves when no one notices they’re behind it. And that’s exactly what the demons want.
Spiritual light against psychic attacks
Your shield? Imagine one, like the ones used by knights of old, but made of light. Visualize it and use it to deflect attacks in the wrong direction. Don’t worry, you won’t accidentally send it to someone else; the attack was meant only for you, so it won’t work on anyone else. You’re reflecting the negative energy back to the demon.
Protection against psychological attacks in a nutshell:
- talk about it
How to Stop Psychological Attacks:
- recognize them as what they are
- Imagine holding the protective shield in front of you and warding off the attack.
The resignation of the soul
Soul resignation is when you surrender your soul to someone else. In other words, if you do something you don’t actually want to do, even though you know better, because you let yourself be pressured or belittle yourself, then you’re surrendering your free will. This is peer pressure. The Angel of Free Will can also be helpful here. Ask her for help.
Demons love it when a person is blamed for something they have instigated.

9. Consciousness & MIRROR TECHNIQUE with Narcissists
Now, let’s talk about narcissists.
If you notice you’re feeling down because someone is putting you down, guess what? That could also be demonically fueled. Demons love it when people puff themselves up, celebrate their ego, and belittle others.
- Just knowing that a demon might be involved is power.
- The mirror technique: Show them the mirror. Literally. Hold a real mirror up to narcissists’ faces, unintentionally. A pocket mirror will do. It’s like a jump scare for demons. They don’t want to be discovered or challenged.
This isn’t about the information that’s recently become a trend on Instagram or YouTube, where real or fake psychologists offer tips on how to deal with narcissists. It’s not about holding up a psychological mirror. It’s about literally and actually holding up a real mirror to the narcissistic person.
And you know what’s really crazy about that? If, for example, the parents in a family are toxic and, say, turn their children against each other, then it could be that the parents are just weird, but it could also be that demons are at work. And nobody notices! Not the parents, not the kids. Everyone just thinks, “Wow, they’re awful,” while the real puppet masters are laughing up their sleeves.
Demons fuel ego, a need for control, and emotional coldness. They want people to think only of themselves, to lose touch with others, and to feel no genuine empathy. Just lip service, but nothing inside. And that’s what demons love!
If your experiences with a narcissistic person are in the past, use exercise number 10: The Past Hurt Seeker.

10. The PAST HURT SEEKER, the light of free will – the past
Clean up the old demon wounds!
“Past Hurt Seeker,” aka a light-wire projectile. So, you can actually drag yourself through life with PDB, Post-Demon Stress Disorder, yep. Like PTSD, only⊠demonic. You’re then dealing with the aftereffects of past encounters with real demons. And hey, just realizing that some demons might have had a hand in things in the past can make a big difference, declaring war on them, because demons fear nothing more than being recognized, being seen.
The “past hurt seeker” isn’t there for the people who hurt you, but for the demons behind them. The demons behind exes, bosses, authorities, CEOs, or other sources of your trauma.
Therapy is certainly helpful, but who talks about the fact that something truly dark might have been lurking behind all that crap?
Spoiler alert: Nobody.
Maybe there was a demon, 20 years ago or so, who gave you a good thrashing, and now he’s lurking somewhere, looking for his next victim. But you’re no longer a spectator. You have power. You have a light wire and you know how to fire it. Directly at the demon.
You now have the right to strike back. Yes, you heard right, you have rights! Spiritual! Divinely bestowed rights!
Because it wasn’t fair back then. And now? Now comes the payback. You find this demon, fight him with light, and do it so that he evaporates. Is destroyed.
How? It’s very simple:
- Lie down. A nap, a siesta, a night’s rest, it doesn’t matter. Close your eyes.
- Imagine this light wire, or light projectile, whichever you prefer.
- Say: “Seek out that demon!”
- Visualize the light projectile flying off and disappearing, like a train leaving a station.
You don’t need to know where you’re going. You don’t even need to see the demon explode.
You’ll notice it because things in your life will suddenly shift.
Little miracles, big aha moments, inner peace deluxe.
The prerequisite is that it concerns a demonic act in the past that caused you emotional harm, and the demon is no longer present.
Oh yeah: If you try to send the light thing to someone, nope, it won’t work. The “Past Hurt Seeker” only has eyes for demons. So don’t worry. If someone else can’t quite picture the light projectile, then you can send it for them. Teamwork with light ammunition.

11. DEMON EXTENSION, bye, bye – the now
Now we’re talking about relationships where things are currently going really (demonic) wrong.
I used that “New Age string-cutting” thing myself for a long time. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work if you’re dealing with demonic appendages.
Because these things aren’t thin strings, but rather thick tubes of light, as wide as a human body. They connect you to a demon that’s currently working inside another person, and you’re caught in the middle. Or connected to you, to an institution, etc.
Imagination:
Visualize the protrusion and pay attention to the color. The demons will choose your favorite color! Light pink? Aqua blue? Soft green? Ta-da! Your demon knows your taste. The color should feel cozy and calming. Once you recognize the protrusion, you can begin:
Sprinkle light granules over it; I call them light sprinklers. Let it rain light, cats and dogs if necessary. Let the connection melt, dissolve. If you like, borrow a light rod from an angel to seal the severed end, preventing the connection from growing back like a weed. You can also ask an angel for help.
And don’t worry, you don’t have to completely end the relationship with any person who might be connected to the pain.
It’s about change, not about using a sledgehammer. You decide what happens next.

12. SET BOUNDARIES & ask questions!
Setting boundaries might sound like a lot of work at first. But this is about something else entirely: clarity.
Ask yourself:
Do I really have to go through with this?
What’s in it for me?
What will it cost me?
And then? Talk to yourself about it. Or to an angel, even if you can’t hear them. They’re listening, I promise.
Take notes, talk out loud, or just visualize it in your mind.
It’s about taking yourself seriously. Giving yourself space. Maybe even running away, setting boundaries. And if the whole thing seems demonic, see point 11, where you’ll find a deluxe visualization aid.

13. SURROUND WITH LIGHT â a protective bubble of light!
This technique is like a spiritual alarm system with a built-in night mode.
You can use it to shield yourself from demons or protect your loved ones.
Light Bubble Exercise:
Ideally, do this in the evening before falling asleep.Imagine the person you’re working with.
Envelop them in a bubble of light.
Ask the angels to strengthen the bubble and protect it from negative energies.
And then? Observe how the negative energies simply vanish.
Say “Light” aloud as you do this. As often as you like. Until you can no longer see the darkness. I usually say “Light” seven times; it brings a lot of lightness.
If you can’t manage it the night before, no problem. It still works even shortly before the appointment, meeting, or dramatic moment. One minute is enough. The main thing is that you do it!
My personal experience:
I would ask angels before enveloping someone in light; I would even ask the angels to do it for me. And I would use a Merkaba, for example. My experience is that my own energy mixes with the energy of the person I’m sending light to. AW hasn’t said anything about this yet.

14. Set up the CHESSBOARD â Game over for demons!
No joke: A chessboard has the same effect on demons as garlic does on vampires. You don’t even have to play; its mere presence is enough.
Why? Because it sends a message.
“Someone who thinks strategically lives here.”
“Light pulls the strings here.”
The chessboard reminds the demons that they’re on the wrong side, that they’ve already lost, and reminds them of the damage they’ve caused. Whether Freemasons, elites, or cigar-smoking think tanksâchess is the game of light against shadow. And when you set up the board, you’re saying unequivocally: You’ve already lost.
It really works surprisingly well.

15. PLAY CHESS against a demon!
If you feel you are dealing with negative energies, demonic forces, or dark entities, or simply sense that something isn’t right, you can use chess as a tool to ward off this darkness.
Playing chess alone sends a powerful signal to the spiritual world; you are actively taking control of your free will.
In fact, chess is a strategic tool against darkness. Even if some sinister figures use this game to peer into the light or purify themselves, we can use it to strengthen the light and consciously stand against the darkness.
Demons respect chess not because it is evil, but because it requires structure, strategy, and awareness. This is precisely what darkness often lacks.
The pieces on the chessboard, in their arrangement, resemble the categories of demons: king, bishop, pawn, etc. Even if they are not directly assigned, demons understand this concept of roles and ranks very well.
So if you feel a demonic influence, take a chessboard and play. Here’s how:
- Assign one side of the board to the demon and the other to yourself.
- Play both sides, but make your moves as strong as possible and the demon’s as weak as possible.
- You can do this alone or with others.
By doing this, you signal: “I am aware of you. I see you. And I control this game.” This weakens the demon, interrupts its energy, and brings it to a standstill on the playing field.
Blitz checkmate:
(Tip from Vivian Wermuth)
- Demon (White): Pawn from F2 to F3
- You (Black): Pawn from E7 to E5
- Demon (White): Pawn from G2 to G4
- You (Black): Queen from D8 to H4 â Checkmate!
I haven’t played chess with a demon yet, and I still have a healthy respect for it. How about you?

16. Use an ANGEL’S LIGHT ROD!
Imagination: Use an angel’s light staff (borrow it from an angel; don’t worry, you can’t lose it. The angel will never completely relinquish the staff; they will let you guide it) to protect your soul, from the outside or from within. Like a magical lightsaber, a cone of light surrounds you. Whether you believe your soul is damaged or not, fill it with light, surround it. Stand in the beam of light. Place your loved ones in the beam of light. Ward off demons. The beam of light is always connected to the angel; they will not let go, so don’t be afraid, it always returns to the angel, even if you let go.
I’ve also found that the light staff can be used quite effectively to energetically cleanse your home.
Important: The light staff belongs to the angel. You use it at their invitation, but it remains under divine guidance.
How to use the light wand:
Imagine yourself holding the light wand in your hand. You don’t need to make large movements; small hand gestures are sufficient. Direct the wand toward areas where you feel darkness. You can also use it in situations where you need protection, such as before a trip, during turbulent times, or in moments of fear or uncertainty.
If you feel like you’re on a spiritual boat in the middle of a storm, ask an angel for their staff of light. Let them radiate light around your vessel so that it doesn’t sink.
If you have dissolved a demonic “extension,” an energetic connection, you can use the staff of light to seal the energetic ends. This ensures that nothing dark can reattach to them.
Sometimes, when the staff of light strikes the core of a demon, the demon’s soul may even “explode,” as if a soap bubble were bursting.

In conclusion
These 16 spiritual lights of free will are powerful tools to protect you from demonic forces, weaken them, or even completely eradicate them from your spiritual environment.
They can help you stand your ground in a challenging world with courage, light, and a clear awareness of who you are. I recommend listening to the entire audiobook as soon as it’s released in German. This summary of the tools is just a glimpse; the more you understand, the more effective they become. They all require practice, just like playing music.
